Tristan
With a background in education and a passion for children's literature, Tristan is an experienced teacher and entrepreneur. Her career as a second-grade teacher ignited her passion for sharing children's books and writing. In her free time, Tristan enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dog, and crafting.
Lacey
Lacey has a degree in social work and a special place in her heart for children with special needs. She has been an avid reader since childhood and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and indulging in her favorite treats - brownies with ice cream.

- Lacey & Tristan -
are sisters, authors, and mompreneurs. Growing up, books were a central part of their lives and their parents instilled in them a love for reading from a young age. They frequently visited their local library and attended weekly story hour. As moms, Lacey and Tristan understand the importance of positive representation in media and saw a lack of it in children's books. This prompted them to publish their first title, "I Am Me," in November 2020, and the second title "My Wonderful Curls" in March 2022. They are driven by the desire to create books that make their own children feel seen and valued and to provide all children with positive representation in literature.
